Digital strategy for an uncomplicated presentation of complicated topics
Based on the government's resource strategy for more recycling of Danes' household waste, the Danish Environmental Protection Agency decided to establish a national knowledge-sharing forum for professionals in the municipal waste sector. Rostra was responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and continuously developing the knowledge sharing portal Genanvend.mst.dk, which is based on the Danish Environmental Protection Agency's GoBasic solution.
Rostra produced a large number of information materials for the knowledge-sharing portal, just as we published the portal's monthly journalistic newsletter with cases, interviews with practitioners, good advice and presentation of experiences and results between the many professionals who work to promote waste recycling.
The knowledge sharing portal was evaluated annually with extensive user surveys that showed both a high prevalence in the target group and a particularly high degree of satisfaction among users.
