Insight into the organization before and after implementing a new strategy

When Danfoss implemented a major change in their organization, objectives and internal communication, Rostra was asked to carry out a survey of the employees' work processes, habits, knowledge and attitudes before and after the implementation of the strategy.

The study's methodology was primarily based on focus group interviews, which Rostra conducted locally at Danfoss. The insights from the employee survey were a significant part of the basis for the strategic work of continuously developing the organization and its processes.
