Christian Olesen
Christian advises clients in numerous industries including medical, energy, mobility, hospitality, construction, and food. He has also worked as an analyst and adviser for several political parties as well as an editor for seven years with more than 250 publications for the European Commission in Denmark. Additionally, Christian has worked as head of secretariat at the trade organization for generic medicine.
Christian’s list of clients includes Velux, DNV, Crowne Plaza, Turner Broadcasting, Henning Larsen Architects, Novo Zymes, Orifarm, Danfoss, Hofor, British Airways, The Ministry of Finance, The Ministry of Social Affairs, Dansk Metal, LO and numerous other companies, trade organizations and political parties.
Christian also leads our in-house research team at Rostra Research and is also responsible for our market analysis. Over the years, he has conducted more than 600 focus group interviews and also advise several clients in translating data into strategies and effective communication.
When he is not advising clients, Christian gives lectures on communications and market analysis and mentors aspiring talents in the communications industry.
Christian holds a cand.comm from Roskilde University.

Mette joined Rostra Kommunikation in 2012 and works as a senior adviser, client director, and PR specialist. She works with B2C communications for Danish and international brands in the FMCG, tourism, tech, interior, and beauty industries.
Mette advises clients on PR strategies, messaging, and content and has vast insights in the Danish media landscape. She ensures all aspects from planning and coordination to executing large- and small-scale PR projects, and she often works in cross-market teams in Denmark and internationally through the FleishmanHillard agency network.

Additionally, Mette advises clients on media collaborations, influencer marketing, and social media. She has deep insight on how to push messages on the terms that apply for each media and understands how to build relations with existing and new target groups. She also helps entering media agreements for our clients and builds campaigns and projects in collaboration with relevant partners.
Mette holds a Master of Arts in International Business Communication from Copenhagen Business School.

Christoffer Hovaldt
Christoffer joined Rostra Kommunikation in 2014 and works as a senior adviser and client director. Christoffer advises clients on public relations, communication strategies, public affairs, board services, and campaigns.
Christoffer works for clients in Denmark and internationally through the FleishmanHillard agency network. His clients include SAP, AT&T, Novartis, Merck, the Ministry of Environment, The European Commission, the Energy Agency, Icelandair, Bose, the Municipality of Copenhagen, ChargePoint and the trade organization for the Danish fashion industry Danish Fashion and Textile.
Christoffer works with complex communication projects for medical, tech, and energy companies. In addition, he works with public affairs for companies and trade organizations and serves as project manager on small and large scale campaign projects for Danish ministries and national agencies. He has also conducted nation-wide speech engagement tours for the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
Christoffer holds a Master of Arts in Communications from the University of Copenhagen.

Jonas is a communications consultant specializing in editorial formats and Danish media.
As a trained journalist with 15 years of experience in TV, online journalism and sports, and founder of his own niche media, Jonas has extensive experience with both visual and written media and an ingrained understanding of targeting angles and texts to specific media and recipients.
Jonas has also worked with virtually all live TV formats both on screen and behind the camera and has made several documentary series.
At Rostra, Jonas works with press and communications activities for brands such as Icelandair, WD-40, NH Collection, Aerbio and Profil Optik. Before joining us, he was in charge of commercial partnerships with betting companies such as Unibet and Danske Spil at Viaplay.
Jonas has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Southern Denmark.

Lars has over 20 years of experience in public affairs and strategic communication across a wide range of sectors. With a background in the communications industry, the Danish Bankers Association, and as Press and Secretariat Manager for the Danish Social Liberal Party, Lars possesses the skills to thoroughly analyze any task. This results in targeted strategies that translate into effective leadership or change communication.

Kristine-Sofie is a Junior consultant at Rostra Kommunikation, where she supports the advisory team within PR. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Corporate Communication (HA Com) at CBS, with an academic focus on business and organizational communication. Kristine-Sofie contributes expertise in communication and stakeholder analyses, market analyses, CSR reporting, and various communication projects such as newsletters, social media, and presentations.

Julia Radovic Nielsen
Julia is a journalism student pursuing a master’s degree in journalism at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), where she also earned a bachelor’s degree in international business communication. In her role at Rostra, she conducts interviews, collects data, and structures analysis material. She has experience in writing articles and content for both digital and print platforms, press releases, social media content, and planning (press) events for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Peter works at the intersection of politics and media, engaging in dialogue with the media, politicians, and civil servants. He has extensive experience in crisis management, media training, and political strategy for both politicians and organizations. Peter is a former Special Advisor and Press Officer at the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Business, Ministry of Taxation, Ministry of Education, as well as a former Communications Director at Dong Energy A/S (now Ørsted A/S) and VKR Holding A/S. He has been an independent advisor for the past 10 years, working with both private and public clients.

Helena is a creative and innovative digital designer with a flair for visual storytelling and graphic campaign communication, especially for social media campaigns. She has been with Rostra Kommunikation since 2022.
Helena has a keen eye for digital aesthetics and graphic details, which elevate the visual expression of campaign materials, animation films, and illustrations, bringing their graphic narrative to life. She develops graphic ideas and concepts of all types and executes them in the formats and software best suited to the specific task.
Helena works across all genres of digital campaign graphics, from comic-style illustrations to image montages with an exclusive look and high production value. She has delivered these projects for both large international brands and several Danish industry organizations.

Ditte Georg Yahin
Ditte has more than 10 years of experience delivering results for political and commercial organizations. She advises on strategic communication, PR, debates, campaigns, social media, media training, and speechwriting. Additionally, Ditte is an external lecturer at the Danish School of Media and Journalism. She is a former head of international content business at Mynewsdesk and has been a top consultant at the Danish Confederation of Trade Unions (LO).

Kristin ensures that authors feel supported and secure while she handles project management and the practical aspects of publishing. The publishing house releases both physical and digital books, widely distributed in the Danish market and internationally via platforms like Amazon.

Rasmus Dybendal is an experienced graphic designer and art director specializing in visual communication, branding, and campaign design. He has worked with public authorities and companies in the pharmaceutical, tech, and financial sectors. Rasmus is an expert in visually communicating complex and technical topics to diverse audiences. His expertise also includes branding and developing visual identities for events and partnerships.

For 30 years, Jarl has dealt with politics and the media, especially as a political commentator, but also as a host both on radio and on TV. He also has experience in advising politicians and businesses in, among other things, Danish Industry.
He is strong in analysis and consultancy with a view to political advocacy and stakeholder management, strategy towards politicians and civil servants, crisis management, strategic communication, debate and social media. He can both write sharply and take a journalistic angle.

Majbritt Olsen
Majbritt is a visual communicator with more than 25 years of experience spanning both fashion and interior styling, as well as the editorial side of the media industry. She has worked with leading Danish publications such as Euroman, Alt for Damerne and Femina, and has a strong understanding of how visual expression and strategic communication complement each other.
As a stylist and PR professional, Majbritt has collaborated with a wide and varied range of influential brands within fashion, lifestyle and beauty from exclusive whisky labels such as The Macallan and global footwear brand Skechers to Danish design house Anna von Lipa.
Majbritt has extensive experience in developing and executing events, campaigns and visual content for both editorial media and social channels. She has overseen the entire process behind magazine features and commercial styling projects from concept and creative direction to the final visual outcome.
With her pragmatic approach and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Majbritt always ensures a clear connection between the visual identity and the message being communicated – where form and storytelling go hand in hand.

Sacha joined Rostra in 2025 with more than 20 years of experience in visual communication, having worked on everything from magazine and catalogue design to the development of campaigns, visual identities and elements for digital formats.
Throughout an extensive career as a visual communicator, Sacha has worked as a graphic designer and art director on a range of magazines at Benjamin Media and Egmont Magasiner, designed newspaper layouts at JP/Politikens Hus, contributed to the development of a new visual identity for the Danish Heart Foundation, and created campaigns and digital formats for the advertising agency Nørgaard Mikkelsen.
Alongside her passion for the interplay between graphic elements, Sacha places great emphasis on creating a creative synergy between aesthetic storytelling and a clear understanding of message and target audience.
In recent years, Sacha has run her own graphic design business, delivering projects for clients such as Matas, Lederne, Lindhardt & Ringhof and many more.

Peter Farver brings more than 25 years of experience in concept development, communication, and branding. He has previously worked at leading communications agencies, including København and Grey, as well as DDB and Euro RSCG in London. Throughout his career, Peter has been responsible for concept development and copywriting for a wide range of Danish and international brands.
Peter specializes in creative and strategic concept development, brand and communication strategy, as well as copywriting and storytelling in both Danish and English.
He contributes a strong strategic perspective, solid business acumen, and a confident command of language. Peter has a particular strength in translating complex messages into clear, engaging concepts across channels, markets, and target audiences.

Malene Vassing has been an accounting consultant at Rostra since April 2022. She manages the entire accounting function, including bookkeeping, financial statements, VAT, payroll, budgeting, and liquidity management. Malene holds an MSc in Auditing (cand.merc.aud) from CBS in Copenhagen, where she graduated in 2003. She has 5 years of experience in the auditing field at a mid-sized accounting firm, working full-time while studying. Since 2004, she has been self-employed, handling accounting for small and medium-sized businesses.

Tobias Bagge is the owner of the production company PixelMe and has over 20 years of experience producing visual content for both national and international companies and organizations. With a background in communication (cand.comm.) and previous experience at DR, Tobias has worked with a wide range of clients, including the EU, multiple Danish ministries, as well as the Novo Nordisk Foundation, Carlsberg Foundation, Lundbeck Foundation, and A.P. Møller Foundation. He has also produced television content for networks like DR, TV2, SVT, NRK, Arte, HBO, and BBC. Tobias’ current projects include collaborations with the Velux Foundation, NATO, several Danish universities, and ZOO. He has a strong industry network and works closely with leading players in visual production and distribution.

Søren is the chairman of the board at Rostra and has worked professionally with board activities for more than 20 years.
Over the years, Søren has been a board member in a wide range of Danish and international companies across various industries. Additionally, Søren is a business angel with investments in around 40 different startups and young companies. Søren has also given lectures on practical board work in various contexts.
Søren has a background as a lawyer and long-time partner at Bruun & Hjejle. Until 2016, he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions.

Claus Møllebro is a strategically strong creative concept and brand developer with solid experience in campaign development and visual storytelling. He creates engaging campaigns that deliver real impact – influencing behavior, identity, and business outcomes. Always with a sharp eye for his target audience and a strong visual approach, Claus develops campaigns that perform – particularly on social media and in public spaces.
Claus has been the driving force behind a number of high-profile campaigns and storytelling platforms – including DSB’s “Harry & Bahnsen,” which united all DSB brands under one umbrella, Food Nation’s international branding initiative, the launch of B&O Play, and the Danish Road Safety Council’s campaigns focused on behavioral change.
With his ability to translate complex messages into vivid, visual, and relevant content, Claus works at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and production. His approach is rooted in a clear understanding of target audiences.
