Community management on Facebook

Grøn Balance is Dagrofa’s eco-labelled product range, sold in MENY, Spar, Min Købmand and Letkøb. For the responsible consumer, good groceries are a matter of trust. When Rostra helped Dagrofa launch this new product range, we focused on social media from the start. When the new brand had matured with the target group, we launched Grøn Balance on Facebook.

Rostra took care of operation, marketing and community management of Grøn Balance on Facebook with content, activation and accessibility. We used the platform to create a valuable relationship between brand and followers. Through our community management, all users could get in direct contact with Grøn Balance and get answers to everything about e.g., informative labelling and environmental and health information about the products. Grøn Balance on Facebook has had a stable growth in the number of followers, interaction and distribution throughout the period.
