Novartis

Effective communication of academically difficult material

Novartis is one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, that develops medicines against cancer, COPD, diabetes, asthma, psoriasis and heart failure. With a focus on COPD, Novartis wanted to communicate the clinical guidelines that the Danish College of General Practitioners regularly publishes for nurses. But how do you convey large amounts of technical material to a busy target audience who rarely have free hours available in a busy work day?

Rostra produced an e-learning solution based on film and gamification that conveyed shortened and more accessible versions of the guides. In a film series, a nurse explains the most important content, while texts and infographics support the understanding of the subject. Rostra produced all materials for the solution.
